1. Bridgwater Rental Agreement

2. Bridgwater Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Bridgwater, you must:

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Bridgwater

  • At collection, you must inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage to Bridgwater immediately. Bridgwater will complete and sign a vehicle condition report. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed by Bridgwater and charged to you.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Basic third-party insurance is included on all Bridgwater rentals. Full coverage details and the applicable excess are set out in the Rental Agreement. You may have the option to purchase additional cover to lower your financial liability. We recommend reviewing these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the excess amount shown in the Rental Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

7. Bridgwater Prohibited Uses

You must not use the vehicle rented from Bridgwater for:

  • Use of a Bridgwater vehicle for any illegal purpose or activity. Participation in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous driving activities. Transporting hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials. Sub-letting a vehicle to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that impairs driving. Use for purposes inconsistent with the vehicle's design or manufacturer guidance...

Violating Bridgwater restrictions may result in the immediate rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Bridgwater

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Bridgwater Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Bridgwater Law

These Terms for Bridgwater are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

10. Changes to Bridgwater Terms
